Signal Interlock Senior Capstone

In my Senior Engineering Capstone class, my team worked with Los Alamos National Laboratory to create a high security locking device (an unpickable lock) to safeguard nuclear waste.

Timed Candle Holder

In my Design For Manufacturing class, my team was tasked with creating a product designed for mass manufacturing. We decided to make a candle holder that would be able to extinguish a flame after a set amount of time.

Tool Storage Carousel

For my Advanced Product Design class, my team created a carousel for efficiently storing tools. In doing so we created a business model, conducted user interviews and designed a marketable product.

Colorado Wildfire Prediction Model

For my Mathematical Modeling class, my partner and I created a "first of its kind" model to predict how many fires and acres will burn in Colorado based on a few factors.

Remote-start Car Seat Heater

For my Product Design class, my group created an aftermarket car seat heater. Atop the design process, we made a company to be able to market and sell the final product.

Drill Powered Bicycle

For my Component Design class, I was tasked with building a drill-powered bike. We designed and built the entire thing from scratch, and won 1st place in the endurance race, and 2nd in the drag race from a pool of around 30 teams.

Egyptian Rat Slap

For My Circuits class, our final project was to re-create a classic game using electronics. My group decided to create an electronic version of Egyptian Rat Slap.

FIRST Robotics

In High School I was on the Robotics team. Every year we worked to create a robot for the First Robotics Competition. From this I discovered my love for engineering.
